These terms set out how CloudSignal Independent Finance offers its inquiry-based financial planning consultations. By sending an inquiry, you agree to the points below.
The service
The service is inquiry-based financial planning consultations for self-employed people whose income varies. It covers cash-flow mapping, reserve planning, tax and VAT habits, and long-term direction. It is delivered through a review call, a working consultation and a short written plan.
This is not investment management, tax filing, accounting, or a regulated licence to provide financial products. Where a regulated service is needed, we will say so and refer you to an appropriate provider. We do not guarantee investment returns or specific outcomes.
Booking and payment
Fees for the working consultation and the written plan are set with you directly, based on the scope of your situation, before you commit. The initial review call is free. Any agreed fee, payment method and timing are set out in writing before the paid work begins.
Your responsibilities
You agree to share accurate figures about your income, costs and reserves. A useful plan depends on honest information from you. You remain responsible for your own financial decisions and for acting on the steps we agree.

Intellectual property
The written plan you receive is provided for your own use. You may not resell or redistribute it. Figures, methods and habits discussed are yours to use.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by Thai law, CloudSignal Independent Finance is not liable for decisions you make based on the plan, or for outcomes that depend on markets, your income, or third parties. The service is planning advice for you to act on, not a guarantee of results.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.
