Refund & cancellation
When a fee for a paid consultation can be refunded, and how to cancel or reschedule.
When this applies
This page applies to paid financial planning consultations — the working consultation, and the written plan you receive. The initial review call is free, so no refund applies to it.
The terms below are standard market-consistent durations. They are proposed pending business confirmation; if you book a paid engagement, the specific terms agreed with you in writing take precedence.
Cancellation before the consultation
You can cancel a booked paid consultation and receive a full refund if you tell us at least 48 hours before the scheduled time. To cancel, email info@cloudsignal.click or call +66-2-448-2936 and include your name and the booking date.
Cancelling within 48 hours
If you cancel less than 48 hours before the consultation, a 50% fee may be retained to cover the time already set aside. The remaining amount is refunded to you.
Rescheduling
You can reschedule once at no cost, provided you tell us at least 24 hours in advance. Further rescheduling is handled case by case.
No-shows
If you do not attend and do not tell us in advance, the fee for that consultation is non-refundable. You can book a new consultation at the standard fee.
Work already started
If the working consultation has begun and you choose to stop partway through, the work completed up to that point is non-refundable. Any portion not yet started is refunded.
Deposits
If a deposit is taken to hold a booking, it is refundable under the same 48-hour rule above. Within 48 hours, the deposit is retained at 50%.
How to request a refund
Email info@cloudsignal.click or call +66-2-448-2936 with your name, the booking date and the reason. We will confirm receipt within two business days.
Processing time
Approved refunds are processed within 14 calendar days to the original payment method. The exact timing depends on your bank or card issuer.
Non-refundable items
The written plan, once delivered, is non-refundable because it is a completed piece of work prepared for your specific figures.
